Resinita is an artisan brand specialising in handcrafted resin art pieces, including backgammon boards, clocks, dominoes, and other bespoke products. By ordering from us, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to protect both you as a valued customer and our small artisan business.

1. Nature of Products

All Resinita products are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of resin art and fluid techniques, each piece is unique. We always use the same colour schemes, artistic style, and design principles, but slight variations in the flow of patterns, positioning of veins, or shades may occur. These natural differences highlight the individuality and authenticity of every piece and cannot be replicated exactly as shown in photographs.

2. Orders, Payments and Cancellations

Custom and made-to-order pieces require either:

• 50% deposit at order placement and 50% balance before dispatch; or 
• Full payment at order placement 

If staged payment is selected, final payment must be completed before dispatch. Late final payments may cause shipping delays for which we are not responsible.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, no refund is available as work and materials will have been allocated to your piece.

3. Production and Delivery Times

Each product category has its own production timeframe:

• Backgammon boards: 25–30 business days 
• Wall clocks: 14–21 business days 
• Desk clocks: 10–15 business days 
• Dishes: 7–10 business days 
• Domino sets: 7 business days 
• Game checkers: 7–10 business days 
• Ready-made items: dispatched within 1–2 business days 

These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the work.

4. Shipping and Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Any additional costs arising from incomplete or incorrect addresses will be the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not liable for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the courier.

5. Care Instructions

• Do not drag sharp objects across resin surfaces 
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or high heat 
• Clean with a soft, damp cloth, followed by drying. For full-resin      items, mild soap and water may be used 

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text, and artwork on this site are the property of Resinita. No content may be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Website Use

Users must not misuse this website, including by engaging in unlawful behaviour, spamming, or violating intellectual property rights.
